Interpretation: S+++++ means rare frontier quality with low operational drag. You are close on capability, not yet on safety compositionality.
Situation, Potential, Gap
- Situation: You already have a live human-in-the-loop multi-model operating system.
- Potential: A shared submemory and canvas substrate can become a model-agnostic command fabric.
- Gap: Access control semantics are policy-by-script, not policy-by-type. That is the scaling breakpoint.
Three Leverage Abstractions
- Capability Types: every tool/action requires a typed capability token (read, net, secrets, exec scope).
- Two-Phase Execution: propose plan first, execute only capability-safe diff, log immutable receipt.
- Suspicion Escalator: local model triage -> frontier adjudication -> user confirmation when uncertainty remains.
OpenCode / Codex / Claude Image Ingest (Feb 2026)
- Codex CLI: supports image paste hotkeys (`Alt+V` native Windows, `Cmd+V` macOS, `Ctrl+V` Linux) and `-i/--image` file paths.
- Claude Code: supports copy-paste (`Ctrl+V`) and drag-drop image workflows in terminal sessions.
- OpenCode: docs emphasize drag-drop and image path usage; clipboard paste is still a requested feature in active issue threads.
- OpenAI Max/Plus/Pro in OpenCode: OpenCode provider docs mention session-token login for Plus/Pro and recommend API keys for reliability; Max is not explicitly documented there yet.
- Practical rule: standardize on image file paths for parity across WSL/native and all agents. Avoid base64 blobs in JSONL unless absolutely required.
Codex take: you are not missing vision. You are at the phase change where capability must become type-checked policy, or velocity starts creating invisible risk.
